I was just reading an article on Health and I came through this health tip for improving eyesight or how to keep eyesight fit. So I just share some of the tips regarding eyesight health. I hope everyone like this. EYE is a major health factor in one's life, sitting in front of electronics gadgets for more than 3-4 hours create a burden on our eyesight or dry our eyes . First, apply heat to your eyes by rubbing your palms together and then placing them over your eyes. Hold your hands over your eyes for five to 10 seconds, and then repeat. Do this before performing any eye exercises in order to prepare your eyes! Start exercising by rolling your eyes. PALMING :- Sit quietly with eyes closed and take some deep breaths to relax yourself completely.
